BRIEF:

Our client, an international investment organization that is built on a core philosophy of Excellence in Service, Entrepreneurial and progressive is in urgent need of an Admin Manager.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

The Admin Manager duties include:

  • Maintains administrative staff,
  • Recruiting,
  • Onboarding,
  • Training, and supervising staff.
  • Communicate job requirements and expectations and ensure staff follow through.
  • Maintaining communication line with the CEO of the company

 

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION: BSC Social sciences

Experience: Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role.

SKILL:

  • Ability to multitask.
  • Proficiency is Microsoft office tools especially PowerPoint, word and excel.
  • Good communication skills (written and oral)
  • Time management.
  • Ability to manage a team

PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATION: Any qualification will be an added advantage.
