SECTION B : JOB PURPOSE (Brief summary of the position i.e. why the position exist)
SECTION C : KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/MAJOR TASKS
1 HR Develop and implement HR Strategies and initiatives with overall buisness strategy.
2 HR Bridge Management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances and other issues and overseeing employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations.
3 HR Manage the recruitment and selection process.
4 HR Support current and future buisness needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capitals and maintain knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law.
5 HR Oversee and manage performance appraisal system.
6 HR Drive high performance and assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs as well as creating learning and development programs and initiatives that provide internal development opportunities for employees. Design and implement training matrix.
7 HR Maintain pay plan and benefits program. Developing compensation, benefits and pay plans. Analyze trends in compensation and benefits; researches and proposes competitive base and incentive pay programs to ensure the organization attracts and retains top talent.
8 HR Access training needs to apply and monitor training programs. Manages the talent acquisition process, which may include recruitment, interviewing, and hiring of qualified job applicants, particularly for managerial, exempt, and professional roles; collaborates with departmental managers to understand skills and competencies required for openings.
9 HR Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics
10 HR/LEGAL Ensure legal compliance throughout human resources management as well as maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices; reviews policies and practices to maintain compliance.
11 HR Ensure other HR Administrative duties are carried out.
12 HR/LEADERSHIP Must possess great leadership skills and the sound ability to navigate grey areas.
KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS: Must be familiar with HR technology, Applicant tracking system and payroll system
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION: A minimum of five years of human resource management experience preferred.
§ CIPM and/or SHRM is highly desired.
KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS REQUIRED
§ Hands-on experience with Human Resources Management Software (including payroll systems and ATS), Solid understanding of labor legislation, Excellent communication abilities, Leadership skills, Ability to foster healthy employee relations
