Ben Ogbuigwe, B. A. MCIPM
Training Consultant
A graduate of philosophy (1981) from the University of Lagos, he obtained a Certificate in Personnel Management from Kingstone Business School, UK. He is a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management.
Ben has over 30 years’ experience in Human Resources Management. His exposure in the Oil & Gas industry was with Shell, a multinational company, for over 18.5 years during which period he held key positions with increasing responsibilities. He worked in various areas of human resource management including Employee Relations, Compensation and Benefits Management, policy Development and Implementation, standards and Processes Development, Administration and Welfare, Customer Management and Quality Service Provision. With the creation of the Services Directorate, he was moved to head the Standards and Processes department.
After retiring from Shell E & P in 2004, he founded Beneva Enterprises which is focused on provision of HR Consultancy and Logistic Support Services. On this platform, he provided HR related services to Shell and SNEPCo, logistic support services to Keridberd, Candid Logistics major Clearing Agencies, to Daewoo and Total in the movement of pipes and petroleum products. In 2010, he founded Bunec Consult Nig. Ltd a body focused on providing Strategy and Human Resource Management Consulting services which include Recruitment and Selection, Outsourcing, Training and Development, Organizational review, Performance and Reward Management
During his time in Shell, he was one of those that introduced the “Pre-retirement Seminars” in 1997, which has come to stay because of the benefits derived from the programme. Ben has passion for bringing out the best in any one. He is a coach and mentor to many. He is a seasoned facilitator, teacher and communicator. A thorough bred HR Professional.

Cyril Idakwoji
Business Development Manager
Cyril Idakwoji joined i-CHR in October 2019. He holds a Msc in Applied Economics. He comes with a wealth of experience leading and managing teams and has over 12 years of experience with the banking industry, 5 of which he was the Relationship Manager (Business Banking Division) aka Branch Manager in a leading Nigerian Bank.
He is an affiliate member of the National Institute of Marketing of Nigeria (NIMN) and a member of the Institute of Safety Professionals of Nigeria (ISPON).

Administrative Officer
Martha Charles, Administrative Officer with i-CHR! LIMITED, joined i-CHR! In May 2017. Martha provides a general secretarial and administrative support for the Human Resource Director & Key Management of the company. Martha worked a combined 15 years as an Administrative Officer in Organizations. She holds a Higher National Diploma (HND) in Accounting from Akwa Ibom State Polytechnic, Ikot Ekpene

Alumona Christopher
Foreman
As the Foreman, Chris oversees field personnel in designated locations, oversees the management and welfare ofstaff, communicates/reports key information to the HR Manager and to ensure the effective integration of thecompany’s HR and safety processes. As well as oversees the adequacy, soundness, reviews performance and monitoringresults of field staff. Prior to this, Chris worked Transport Sector; He worked as the Officer-In-Charge of Traffic with the Ministry Of Transportation Rivers State.
Chris is passionate about staff welfare, creativity, staff training and professionalism. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication, a diploma in Health, Safety and Environment. Chris is a member of the Nigerian Institute of Safety Professionals.
