With over 21 years of experience across banking,oil & gas, HR, and public sector, she has extensive experience working at Fortune 500s , and various industries specializing in workforce management, compliance, and HR/DEI systems design. Michelle holds a Doctorate in Business Administration (DBA), a Master’s in HR Management, and is certified SHRM-SCP and CPHR Canada. She provides executive coaching and leads a team delivering recruitment, outsourcing, and HR advisory with professionalism, empathy, and measurable value.

A dynamic tech strategist with a foundation in Computer Engineering, Dubem oversees operational excellence with a technical edge. He holds certifications in network systems management and business administration (University of Aberdeen), allowing him to bridge IT infrastructure with business performance. His extensive work in the oil and gas industry has honed his ability to manage complex, high-stakes projects—skills he now applies to optimizing i-CHR!’s internal systems and service delivery. For our HR services, he ensures secure, reliable, and scalable technical infrastructure that keeps operations humming behind the scenes.

With expertise in environmental and petroleum law, labor relations, and Human Resources, Igwechi combines legal mastery with operational insight. Holding an LLM and currently pursuing a PhD in Law, he brings rigorous academic grounding to real-world business challenges. His vast experience across both governmental and private sectors, along with a strong national network—particularly in regions like Bayelsa—positions him as a strategic bridge-builder. For our labor management services, Igwechi ensures regulatory peace of mind, delivers contract clarity, and champions seamless collaboration with key labor and compliance bodies.

Reliable, resourceful, and people-focused, Favour anchors the daily operations of InCorporateHR! with exceptional dedication and commitment. With a background in Linguistics and Communication Studies, she brings strong interpersonal and communication skills to her administrative leadership. As a dedicated liaison for our labor management operations, she ensures constant support to both the HR function and field staff. Her ability to juggle priorities, build rapport, and resolve issues swiftly helps streamline workflows and elevate team efficiency—all with a smile.

As the Foreman, Chris oversees field personnel in designated locations, oversees the management and welfare ofstaff, communicates/reports key information to the HR Manager and to ensure the effective integration of thecompany’s HR and safety processes. As well as oversees the adequacy, soundness, reviews performance and monitoringresults of field staff. Prior to this, Chris worked Transport Sector; He worked as the Officer-In-Charge of Traffic with the Ministry Of Transportation Rivers State.

Chris is passionate about staff welfare, creativity, staff training and professionalism. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication, a diploma in Health, Safety and Environment. Chris is a member of the Nigerian Institute of Safety Professionals.
