What is so difficult to understand about:

  • Incorporating diversity, equity, and inclusion into your processes and policies?
  • Creating equal opportunities and removing barriers for marginalized or disadvantaged groups?
  • Making employees feel included and not less of themselves?
  • Opening the hiring net to bring in competent people who may not look like you or think like you—but are fully qualified?
  • Reversing systemic inequities that have excluded many while favouring a few?
  • Understanding why some companies are making a U-turn on DEI and why others are celebrating them?

Unless, of course, you just love the status quo… the one that favours only a few. The one that favours you.

DEI is not a nice-to-have. It is a necessity in this global village we call the world.

People, be better. Do better. Yes, you can! Many are still rooting for you—your best self.
