Job Knowledge, Experience, and Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
ACCA or ICAN qualification is mandatory.
Master’s degree is an added advantage.
Minimum of 10 years’ relevant experience, including senior finance management.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, ERP systems, financial forecasting, and data analysis.
Strong knowledge of IFRS, accounting principles, and financial management.

Principal Accountabilities
Financial Strategy: Lead financial planning and strategy in alignment with organizational objectives.
Financial Management: Oversee financial operations, cash flow, and liquidity management.
Budgeting and Forecasting: Develop and monitor budgets, forecasts, and financial plans.
Financial Reporting: Analyze financial performance and provide strategic insights to Executive Management.
Risk and Internal Controls: Identify financial risks and implement effective internal controls.
Audit, Tax, and Compliance: Oversee audit processes, tax functions, and regulatory compliance.
Accounting Standards: Ensure compliance with IFRS and maintain sound accounting policies.
Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop the finance and accounting team.
